What to expect at a visit to CPC:

Please call (517) 263-5701 or email us at info@cpclenawee.com to schedule a urine pregnancy testing appointment or to begin classes.
Parking is available directly behind our building.
Enter through our front doors, facing Broad Street.
Check in at our front counter and show your photo ID to the receptionist, who will give you a request for services form.

For Pregnancy Tests ONLY:

After completing the form, a trained professional will administer your urine pregnancy test.
We kindly ask that you please plan for your appointment to take approximately one hour.

We do not perform or refer for abortions.
